About the Event

1. The campaign shall be designed in accordance to the topic given to the teams on the day of the final event. Creativity, practicality and the insight of the teams into the relevant issues of the day are put to test.
2. Billboards shall be designed wherein the content of the campaign has to be put down.
3. Each team has to submit 10 snapshots from the campaign.
4. The teams shall use their own discretion in choosing volunteers to pose in snapshots bearing their billboards, provided that the volunteers are students, professors or any employee in the campus of NIT Durgapur.
5. The teams shall fix on the number of volunteers to star in each photograph, though they have to be set inside the campus of NIT Durgapur.
6. No restriction is imposed on the nature or configuration of the device used to take the photographs
7. Submission of the snapshots of volunteers bearing the billboards in a stipulated time frame is incumbent on the teams.
8. Each team shall be provided with kit outs furnishing blank sheets of chart papers and marker pens to model the billboards. Nevertheless, participants are permitted to bring along stationary items of their choice.
9. Each team should send 10 snapshots, the title of the campaign and a write up on the same (not more than 60 words) to the specified email id provided. The campaign shall be uploaded on a specific facebook page. After which they shall get a stipulated amount of time to market their campaign and cop as many likes and shares as possible. Definite points are assigned for each like and share.
10. Positions shall be awarded based on the weighted summation of facebook activity and judges’ choice.
11. Any derogatory or explicit content shall engender direct disqualification for the teams responsible.
